LEADER 

LIMITED LABOR AND PARTS WARRANTY

Eligibility:

This warranty applies exclusively to LEADER units purchased from LEADER REFRIGERATION Inc. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Summary:

For qualifying LEADER units, provides:

·         1 Year parts and labor coverage from factory shipment date

·         3 Years compressor from factory shipment date warranty

Service Area:

Labor warranty services are restricted to the five boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island) only. This warranty does not cover service in Long Island, Upstate New York, or any other locations.

Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim for your LEADER unit:

1.      Submit a claim via email to leaderrefrigerationnyc@gmail.com

2.      Include proof of purchase, model number, and serial number.

3.      A detailed diagnosis from a qualified technician is needed.

Shipping Policy:

·         Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for warranty parts

·         LEADER brand compressors must be returned before receiving a replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty for LEADER units is void if:

·         Original installed parts or components are modified

·         Unauthorized third-party repairs are performed

·         Unit shows evidence of improper maintenance or abuse

******There is no warranty for units used in food trucks.*****

LEADER REFRIGERATION reserves sole discretion to determine claim validity for your LEADER unit.

LEADER is not responsible for economic loss, profit loss or special indirect, or consequential damage, including without limitation of refrigeration failure. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, inadequate wiring, and accidents damage are not manufacturing defects and are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to remote condensers.

The customer is required to clean the condenser coils regularly; failure to do so, resulting in compressor failure, will void the warranty.

Units are designed to operate in an environment of 75F; LEADER shall not be liable for any default or delay in performance caused by any contingence beyond its control.
